It's a little after 10PM Sunday in Beijing right now. What time does the Chinese market open on Mondays and doesn't CRRC have material news it's sitting on too if, in fact, this is the permit etc? We're all speculating but at what point do these companies have a legal requirement to disclose what's up, regardless of a stupid promise to the dictator that he gets to say it first?
