Who exactly in Crystallex can determine a material event has occurred, and who has the authorization to contact the appropiate agencies for a halt in trading?

If Fung is notified of a change in status, is he obligated to order the halt and fly to V. to determine the validity of the information?

With no leaks as to the pending news, I think the senerio for the source is from a high level in the current negoiations. That news could go either way IMO.

I'm hoping for a positive resolution.
