I see no reason why we can not fund an arbitration case.

An arbitration claim filing for $ 4 - $ 5 Billion would do wonders for our share price. No doubt another financing and some negotiations with the note holders - some dilution for sure but arbitration is a very real possibility and that would be conveyed to both the Chinese and Venezuelans.

However, as it pertains to the trading halt I'm not convinced it is in relation to arbitration. We don't need Venezuela's or Chinese permission for that. Frankly, if we had informed the Venezuelans of that route then the military would be camped out at las Cristinas and no sign of that in the Vennie press.

It is permit or buyout.
