I am not aware of what might be the practice. On KRY's last halt, it went like this:

9:36am Halt

10:34am PR by KRY (Shareholder Update)

11:11am Trading resumed

Giving about 37 minutes for the market to digest the info.

Oh, Redrock, Shhhhhh! That's why I went with "B"...
