..., Have been thinking there are a couple of moments, over the next 24 hours, that seem to have a higher probability for a PR coming out.

Choice "A" would be about 9pm eastern. That is when China markets open. Actually, gold starts trading in China about 30 minutes before their stock market. When does half-time for Super Bowl happen?

Choice "B" is Monday morning, about 830am eastern. This will give time for the Market to digest the information and for trading to resume at 930, when the NYSE Market opens.

Choice "C" would be 145 eastern, Monday afternoon. The put-up or shut-up deadline.

Choice "D" is whatever time your ideas are - please post them...
