I guess we are all going to be message board friends a lot longer than we thought. What can the bondholder do now is my question. Doesn't this mean that they have a right to the 100 million legally as of today? It is hard to believe that RF will get millions in financing for arbitration years down the road and then collect on it to pay financiers off. Who would make that deal; to anyone? A board of directors of any financial institution would not approve it based on the facts and the collaterial involved.
