IMHO

The new agreement has already been worked out. VN, CRCC and Crystallex have not been working for over a year on an agreement that didn't cover all opportunites involving the entities affected. This deal is too big and the retail investor has been played for a long time. We will be hearing soon on the new convenient arrangements.
