If you are right about any current negotiations between the parties one would have to believe that it can be worked out in the next six weeks. That in itself does not make sense. It took the JV deal over a year to try and work out between agreeable parties and now you say all three parties can start from scratch and work a deal out in six weeks. Your thesis doesn't make sense.
