I am VERY curious in how the Chinese will respond to this, especially since they put in over a years work towards a JV, that is now on the verge of collapse.

Even though it would never happen, I would love to see China tell Chavez their $20 Billion loan is being cancelled because of "reasons of opportunity and convenience".
