Just to add to your post...why wouldn't CVG wait till we file for arbitration and Las Cristinas security/management etc reverts back to CVG without throwing Crystallex another legal plus. Why worsen your legal situation? Seems like a move to weaken us before arbitration, or more likely to soften us up a bit for further negotiations. This one has yet to play out which is why Crystallex will approach this very softly between now and the end of March. Those that liquidate their holdings may end up regretting that decision. If you are going to sell then I would suggest waiting till an arbitration filing when the claim amount will be made known.
