Maybe so, but GRZ's claim that current talks with Venezuela are "encouraging" could be government officials just bull sh!ting them too. I am astonished that there could now be 3 ICID cases against Ven all in the same area (2 for LC, 1 for LB). How can that possibly not make them nervous? If Ven loses any of these, any profits they could make from the mines would be wiped out by paying the companies their reward. What are they thinking???
