Appears the arbitration was filed/announced on October 21, 2009.

GRZ claims approx. $5 billion in damages.

There was no trading halt.

GRZ float is about 37 million shares.

Closing price that day was $1.05 (US, from TDW Charts).

Golden cross about a week earlier on Oct 15.

Last Friday's close was $1.84
