Halt has not yet been lifted for pre-Market extended hours trading.

Hard to say if the Halt continues awaiting another PR before Market open.

Going from other Resume notices, it seems around 30 minutes is given to digest the information (Company PR) before a Resume. Of course, at this point there has been more than 30 minutes. Then the Resume happens and the notice of the Resume hits the wire services where us little guys see it, which takes about 10 minutes.
