Institutional selling is likely some of this. Volume like this makes for good cover.

It would be difficult to tell unless you are sitting and watching (which, I am not at the time) the blocks of shares move. And, it would still be anyone's guess at that point.

The trouble with trying to know if the Big Guys are moving is that they do not have to report until well after the fact.

It will take several days for this to wash out.
