Is a sell out to China-Venezuela coming?

IMHO, if KRY fails to announce "filing for Arbitration" within the next few days, then I fear we are being sold out to the Chinese and you can expect a low ball offer based upon the fear factor. Hang in there! Now we have 100% claim to the gold deposit, instead of 33%.

Who has the strongest case in Arbitration? We do! And now we have a 100% claim, if we win Arbitration. And don't tell me we can't finance this gold mining operation once we win Arbitration.

How can we get the backing of the shareholders to force Fung into taking Arbitration action?
