"RM informed me that KRY was totally taken off guard by this" Did he really say this???! Given the circumstances is that appropriate to say? To claim we were blind sided in a way does not reflect well on the company and someone in PR would know better wouldnt they?

It didn't surprise the "negative nellies" on the Agoracom board....yet it surprised KRY management. Hmmmm. Interesting.
