Not sure if CRRC can be included in future mining since they signed a confidentiality agreement with KRY. I would think there is now a legal issue against CRRC if they try to cut out KRY so in effect this might have cut out CRRC from being involved in the future. I can believe that CRRC is now upset after being blind sided as well.
