About two years ago I was considering moving from Panamá to Colombia.After visiting and researching for more than a year, the erratic behavior of Chávez, Morales, and Correa in the bordering countries, and other complications made me reconsider.

Nobody who knows anything, beyond this situation, about Hugo Chávez should be surprised about his behavior, or most anything else he might do.
