Anyway if that is the route we take, it will come down to: Are our lawyers smarter than their lawyers? Judging by their reasons for cancelling the MOC, I'd say yes.

Seems counter-intuitive, but my understanding is that Venezuela uses high powered Washington law firms to work their cases. I don't think even Clarence Darrow could win this arbitration case for Venezuela. What a mess they are down there.
