Chill dude. I'm sorry if I didn't use the right technical term here. What I mean by buyout is some kind of agreement between all parties: VZ, CRRC, and KRY, for CRRC to buy up all IP, equipment, and anything else to do with LC, from KRY, with a gaurantee from VZ that a permit will be issued to them (CCRC) to mine. I don't know if that's considered a buyout or something else. And I would assume that such a deal would have to be voted on by shareholders. Kry then promises not to file for arb and just walks away with a pile of cash in a very timely manner. Basically, it'd be a settlement before going to arbitration.

Notice I said possibility; it's a highly remote one, if it's even legally possible. I don't have the experience, legally or otherwise, to know.
