I agree that arb at this point is the best, well, only option. I am also trying to think outside the box on any reason as to why KRY would delay filing for arb until the April deadline. The only thing I can think of, as I stated, is that some kind of deal is struck between all parties which gives CRRC full rights to mine LC, VZ issues them the permit(s) to do so, and KRY walks away with cash in hand and does not file for arb. CRRC would be paying the lion's share of the cash to KRY, with part of the deal being that they get a larger cut on the gold they mine. I don't know anything about international business law to know if this is possible.
