Right....again, the term "buyout" is the wrong one.....I'm thinking along the lines of some kind of negotiated settlement to keep KRY from filing arb and walking away from VZ with a pile of cash while CRRC gets the green light for the mine. Can't imagine something like this would be possible at this point though.
