EZ I don't mean for this to sound snotty, but it will.

Really?!!!

Is that the same management team that has continually gotten publicly screwed and trashed by Chavez for the last 10 years, and continually spent millions for nothing in return?

Is that the same management team that was, to quote KRY, "completely blindsided" by the cancellation of the MOC?

If so then that's certainly one helluva direct line of information!

When the permit was rejected two years ago, and Ven refused to address the appeal, KRY should have filed for arbitration then and there and we would be two years closer to a settlement.

I dunno. Maybe it's just me but I'm starting to feel kinda negative about KRY's brilliant management team and its ability to accurately play the political game in Ven.
