Sorry to harpo on this, but as has been mentioned here before - just what exactly is being bought by the Chinese? The data is with CVG; the MOC is gone; Why don't they just work out a split in paying out our "guaranteed" arbitration award?

Adding a reponse to your most recent post - weren't our reports, etc. given to CVG under the MOC? I've seen this mentioned in several posts, but maybe no-one is certain about this point either way. Do you know for sure that the data is in our possession only?
