Scott, in truth I'm not sure if it would have triggered the bondholders or not. I actually didn't think it would have. Anyone know for sure? I also don't know ( I don't think anyone does) how KRY will pay the bondholders now despite the chinese being "in the picture".

Optimists here suggest that the chinese will help us through arb. I believe this to be true. If the chinese don't help then Mgmt better give us a clear picture as to how they are going to proceed. Personally I down about 20k on this thing. If it goes to a buck I am gone no matter what. For now I am holding.
