I don't know about that, Venezuela would be seriously pissed if the Chinese helped put KRY through arbitration. This would end up costing Ven a few billion dollars. What do you think that would do for their relationship.

Business is business. Kry brought in the Chinese to help finance and build the mine. It is clear the Chinese want the gold. Put yourself in their place. Spending 10-20 million on arb with the possible potential of getting the whole nut (buyout kry) sounds pretty good to me.

The only problem is the 100 mil of bonds that have to be re-financed. That sours the deal a bit.

I think our next issue will be a new suit against Kry from the bondholders
