I would not be surprised if there is a backroom deal... there have been clues over the past 4 months that would support. I personally discussed that exact point with a few of the other members via phone and pm.

What would make sence is: China Rail buys out GRZ and KRY -- respectfully and with reasonable value. Remember: Bob Fung and Li Ka Shing....

Li Ka has done considerable work in Venezuela.... I am sure that Ven knows about this very strong relationship... and the Chinese are respectful people.... I cannot see, the chinese sticking it to KRY and Bob.... makes no sence.... Li would not like that!
