I agree that it is ok to challenge. I have. I am not being led off of a cliff. My only issue is the same critical posts over and over again from posters who have been in this for years. At what point does someone take responsibility for themselves? If management has been that bad over such a long period of time we have a choice to move on and make the world a better place somewhere else. I'm not here to argue with anyone but it gets tiring to hear the same criticisms over and over again.
