If they are guilty of busting the contract and what ever else we can think of the next question is how fast can we get through court and what kind of damages we can get.

Also what the heck is Hugo thinking its almost like this is a face saving way for Hugo to be forced to pay damages like maybe KRY does not get taxed at the ridiculous rate he set for gold mines? Or the damages could be paid by those taxes? All good news for us but just what was his end game if any?
