Where's the Canadian Ambassador to Venezuela?

Just wondering if he/she knows, or even cares, that Hugo just wiped his ass with the BIT. Does he/she realize that their job responsibilities encompass more than sitting on a beach sipping fruity drinks? The Ambassador needs to grow a set of balls and stand up to fat boy.
