civi, the only thing kry has to sell right now is the arbitration...and hugo has recently shown he would rather pay off cheap upfront than big down the road...see cemex and half a dozen other nationalizations...if he can get someone else to buyoff kry's case in exchange for a suitable partner at LC why would'nt he do it that way?
