issue a statement about what is going on. Even if they say they are still working with the Chinese and VZ to resolve the issue and get the permit issued or that the company is prepared to go to Arb if and when the time comes.

I think they really want to be mining, but are not afraid to go to Arb. I just with they would reasure us of that fact.
