According to the CVG the MOC has been cancelled - this includes Clause 19 and the 90 Day Resolution period.

I think we may need to go to arbitration, because Venezuela failed to respect the contract in the first place.

I am getting sick of thinking about this, I hope Fung and Co. figure this out.

Start-mining or arbitration --> Doesn't matter to me.
