The MOC was given to KRY to get them to drop their claim to an LC concession. The concession ownership then went to CVG. It could be argued that since VZ has reneged on the settlement terms KRY now has the right to reinstate the legal proceedings claiming ownership of the concession.

This could also be a pretty powerful argument in arbitration proceedings.
