When Exactly is Arbitration Filing Drop Dead Date?

Not looking forward to another deadline.

Seeing, "… some time in April …," according to RM (GW’s post) does not inspire overwhelming confidence.

In limited dealings with attorneys, have found them to typically be cautiously optimistic. But, when it comes to deadlines, they tend to stay well on the side of caution. So, would think that any filing would be sooner, rather than later, so as to not miss the deadline - regardless of whatever the opinion is of the deadline by opposing sides.

Any consensus guesstimate of exactly what day arbitration must be filed?

Looking forward to the group’s ideas/opinions.
