The whole "process" has been farked all along now, why change the trend? The SEC never got involved in any of the shenanigans yet and seems there have been a number of suspicious items on both sides. (You have been correctly eluding to the bought financing deal, and the stock price action that week.)

Bring on the PR. I do not care what it costs, a PR announcing bare bone cutbacks (and arrbitration plan) would save money. Who knows where the PPS goes after that? I guess UP.
