I didn't say that KRY couldn't file for ICSID relief and I believe that they can.

What I did say was that the line of argument that rescision of the contrat meant that one clause in that contract would then become invalid and all other clauses would remain in effect was just nonsense.

Go back and read the exchange rather than just shoot your mouth off.....
