I would not sell at current prices but I would entertain a loss on the next pop if I could recoup over 50% of my capital. I have no desire to wait three years getting a possible judgement and then another unlimited period of time as KRY attempts to collect on it. I can write the loss off and give the remaining capital a "chance" to accumulate back my loss and then some on a company that actually makes money. I would almost guestimate that I could accumulate my loss back before a KRY judgement could.
