I think we will know when the end is near only when(and if) we hear that China has pulled out of the JV we are trying to set up with them.

As long as they are still working to get the permit we are "game on" KRY will have to put out the word at once if any move is made.

At that point we will be down to going for Arb. Its just that simple.
