Direct costs are not the whole picture. The real costs include the payment of staff, overheads and interest on borrowings while the process goes on. There is always a burn rate just to exist even if everything is cut to the bone. GRZ runs a pretty lean operation, but it costs money just to open the door every morning. How much do you think KRY can prune off their overheads while the arbitration process proceeds?
