The end is not near......We have NOT heard that the JV with CREC is cancelled.

The gazette does not have any mention of the cancellation of MOC. The CVG site also has no report of same. Interestingly, the CVG and MIBAM share the same web site and all the revocations/expropriations are mentioned on the gazette.

If the MOC was deemed to be in compliance in Aug 2010, how is it possible that 6 months later, KRY has not been performing for 12 months.....speaking logically. Agree with you, GW, logic has eluded this investment for years.
