nomar--Non of us like to see Roy's s**t posted BUT this looks like you just may have found a bit of meat in his pile of crap.

Its not good news but its something that is to hard to just make up. The real problem is that the a-holes in Vz. may think they can just walk away from our deal and start digging.

The question is --if we go to Arb. can we tie up the mine? Not so we can go back, but so they are forced to wait or buy us off in the near term ??
