I don't think KRY is ever going to mine LC. (in fact it's doubtful anyone will) but even if Ven gives LC, and the needed permits, to a troop of monkeys with tiny plastic shovels, I don't care.

Ven cancelled a legal contract and now they have to pay a penalty.

I say line up the funding for arbitration and file now. Don't wait until April.

Filing for arbitration will get Hugo's attention and I don't think it will shoot us in the foot since we don't have any feet in Ven to stand on.

There's no reason that I can see why we can't file ASAP, cut our costs down significantly, and even continue to talk as we march towards a settlement or an award.

Ven is very good at talking.
