Throughout this saga we have done nothing but trash GRZ at every step. Their property is not as good, their CEO couldn't shine our CEO's shoes, big deal they've gone from .50 to 1.80, we're better blah blah blah. On and on. If I were them, and we even attempted to approach them, I'd tell us to unceremoniously go sh@t in our hat.
