I hope you're right, Jimmi, that KRY can finance arbitration with debt but I personally doubt it. I think any creditors would be taking a pretty big risk, as a favorable arbitration ruling is never a lock. I fear that cold water might be thrown on this price appreciation we are seeing with another equity financing announcement.
