GRZ's claim=$1.9B

GRZ's outstanding shares=59M

$1.9B / 59M shares = $32/share

KRY's claim=$3.8M

KRY's outstanding shares=365M

$3.8M / 365M shares = $10/share

I'm not saying either will be paid off what they ask for and I know there are other factors like size of the deposit, equipment, debt but this shows that the o/s shares (dilution) plays a HUGE role in valuing these companies.
