I'll be the idiot in the room who raises his hand to ask the "dumb" questions:

1. When were/are the bonds due to the bondholders? How much is owed them? Can they force KRY into B/K if they are not paid?

2. If the bondholders are appeased with KRY's situation, what is their role going into an arbitration claim?
