A new suitor(China ?) knows very well where and how much gold there is. Not really rocket science,IMO. The wheel on this one does not have to be re-invented. With China's money,it can ,IMO,proceed almost directly to getting equipment in,building the mine and starting production. No need,IMO,for detailed data. Much of the data is probably known /leaked out by employees anyways ,enough so as to estimate where to build the mine,tailings and where to start digging the ore out.
