and just a thought I have. Could the Chinese be working behind the scene with Ven. to oust KRY out and get the whole pie for themselves by offering generous funding deals to Ven. for Ven"s operating purposes? We all know that revenues in Ven. are rapidly declining and inflation is skyrocketing.

If ARB. would take years to resolve,what would happen to Las C.? Could Ven. proceed with the Chinese and issue permits, etc. so China could get on with mining? Could and would KRY be successful with an injunction against any work by China or others on the site pending resolution of ARB.??
