What they offer may reflect on their integrity. The Chinese are very sensitive about their international image which transcends any desire for short-term profits. If they low-ball us, what will they convey to the world - are they going to be portrayed as shrewd businessmen or complicit Chavez conspirators? IMHO, if they make us an offer, the initial offer may not be what most share-holders will view as acceptable but it should be in a reasonable range.
